1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Opened seed bags can be returned if the following conditions are met:
    • The product is defective or does not meet the specified quality standards.
    • A minimum of 80% of the product’s original quantity remains in the bag.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Seed bags with less than 80% of their contents.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
  • Discounted or clearance items marked as final sale.

3. Reasons for Returns

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • Defective products: Seeds that fail to meet the quality specifications provided by Orbit Seeds.
  • Incorrect delivery: The wrong product or quantity was delivered.
  • Damage during transit: Products that were damaged during shipping.

    • For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  4. Inspection and Refund/Exchange:
    • Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
    • If approved, you can opt for a replacement product or a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Exchange Policy
